1. What is Barton's Limousine cancellation policy?NO CHARGE if canceled WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing the reservation. 25% CANCELLATION FEE after the 24 hour grace period. Full charge if canceled less than 24-hours before Scheduled Pickup Time.


2. What is Barton's Limousines service area?

We serve all of Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City. We have also expanded our airport transportation service area to all 3 major S.E. Florida airports, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami International Airport. One call does it all at Barton's Limousine.


Upon request, we can provide transportation services to other areas. For more information on rates and accommodations outside of our specified service areas, call our Reservations Department at 631-225-1122.


3. What vehicles do you have in your fleet?

Please view our Fleet page with the most current and up to date vehicle inventory.


4. What are your rates?

Barton's Limo offers all-inclusive airport transportation rates, as well as hourly rates based on minimum time requirements and the vehicle you select. For more information on rates, as they vary according to vehicle and time frame, call our Reservations Department at 631-225-1122.


5. How far in advance should I make a reservation with Barton's Limousine?

We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. A 2-hour minimum notice is required for all services.


6. Will your chauffeurs help me with my luggage?

Yes. Barton's Limo offers this services with their ground transportation reservations, including baggage claim meets, curbside pickup, and on-site coordinators for large groups.


7. What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.


We accept cash, paid at the office location or if you prefer to pay the chauffeur in cash you would need to advise the office when making the reservation and provide a credit card for a hold until payment is made to the chauffeur on the day of service. A credit / debit card is required to make a reservation.


We accept business and personal checks, but they are only accepted if you have an account with Barton's Limo, to pay monthly invoices.


8. How can I receive a receipt?

All receipts are sent by mail to the cardholders address.


9. Making my reservation?

A valid credit card number is required to hold your reservation in our system. Your card will not be charged until the day before your trip. If you fail to cancel your reservation in time, the cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.


10. Do I need an account to make a reservation?

No, Barton’s Limo can handle 1-time reservations, but creating an account is easy, and will make future travel easier to book.


Yes, you’ll need to create an account in order to make a reservation with Barton's Limousine.


11. Is the tip included in the fare?

Yes, a 20% gratuity (tip) is included in the total fare of every trip. You are not responsible for giving the driver a tip when exiting; the driver has already been taken care of. Anything you give the driver when exiting is extra to the amount you already tipped the driver on your bill.


12. Are you closed on holidays?

No, Barton's Limo is always open for business. As a premier provider of ground transportation services on Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City, we provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

13. If we have a special occasion, can you put champagne or other beverages in the car?

Yes, we would be happy to help you celebrate your special occasion. Champagne and other beverages are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. This service is only available when reserving our stretch limousines.


14. Do you permit smoking in your vehicles?

No, the Taxi and Limousine Commission of New York prohibits smoking in all TLC licensed vehicles.


15. Will I be charged if my flight is delayed?

No, if your flight is delayed and the updated information is posted on the airline's website then you will not be charged. If your flight lands on time but is delayed on the runway, you will be granted 60 minutes waiting time on domestic flights and 45 minutes waiting time on international flights. If your flight lands on time, but you are unable to meet the driver within the 30-minute domestic / 60 minutes international after that time has passed waiting charges will begin.


16. Do you provide meet and greet service at the airport?

Yes, this service must be requested when making a reservation. Meet and greet is when the driver parks the car and meets you inside the airport with a sign, and assists you with your luggage to the vehicle. For international flights driver will meet & greet at the exit of customs, for domestic flights the driver will meet & greet at the baggage claim. Please note any incurred parking charges will be applied to the invoice.
